When should the Wedding be Booked and Attendants fitted?

If You are getting Married in the Months of April, May Or June We Recommend to Come in and pick out the Style and have the Wedding Party fitted 3 to 6 months prior, or as soon as possible. During the Winter Months is an ideal time to be fitted prior to the start of Prom Season which begins in April and ends the first of June. If Your Wedding Date is in the Summer or Fall the same applies, 3 to 6 months or as soon as possible.

Ring bearers and Teens should not be fitted until 3-4 Weeks prior to the Wedding Date as They have a tendency to grow rapidly over time.

We can accommodate any and all last minute Rentals due to Our "IN-STOCK" Inventory and On Site Selection. You can be fitted and pick up on the same day depending on how busy the Store is! Any kind of notice given is helpful.

Who Picks out the Wedding Attire and decides on which colors?
The Bride and Groom usually pick out what the Wedding Party Members will be wearing, sometimes the Parents along with the Members will assist.

Depending on the Time of Day or Night of the Ceremony will determine the Style and Color of the Formalwear for Your Wedding.

Daytime Weddings may choose to wear a Formal look such as a Tuxedo, Cutaway or Tails for Evening attire (after 6pm). Black is the most popular Tuxedo color however shades of Gray and Browns and Navy are common along with White. A Tuxedo or Suit of any Color will satisfy for a Semi Formal, Casual or a Destination Wedding.

Many Weddings will coordinate the Dress Color with the attendants Vest and or Tie color. Some choose to have a Neutral color scheme such as Black and White. If the Brides Dress is Ivory in color the Attendants should wear a Shirt in the Ivory color also, as there is a noticeable difference between Ivory and White Shirts.

I have out town Wedding Party Members, how do I reserve their Tuxedo?
Simply go to Our "Easy-Fit" sizing form, print it and the Customer can get a fitting at a local shop where they live. They in turn send their sizes to Our Store, We make up the Tuxedo according to the sizes given and on Pick Up Day they try on their Tuxedo, if they need a different size or last minute alteration we can accommodate them because of our "IN-STOCK" Inventory and knowledgeable Staff.

Any of the local Wedding Party Members may come to the Store and try on the actual Garments they will be wearing at the time of fitting, so as to be assured of a proper and correct Fit on Your Wedding Day.

What Price can be expected to pay for Renting Formalwear?
That will depend on the style of Jacket along with Trousers, a Plain or Fancy Shirt. If You would like a Vest and a Necktie and need Shoes these items are priced individually and will add to the Total Rental Price. The Basic Tuxedo Rental starts at about $100.00 and in some styles with all the bells and whistles can go as high as $225.00.

A down payment of $40.00 is required to Reserve each Rental, any balance due is required to be paid at time of Pick up. Cash or Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable forms of payment.

In some cases an additional Credit Card Imprint may be required as a Security Deposit when Renting a Tuxedo and will be Returned to the Customer upon the complete return of all the Items Rented.

Our Inventory is Cared for by Our staff and is kept up to date on a Yearly basis, as with anything you get what You pay for and that is why We are trusted by thousands with their Rental to get it right from the beginning.

When can Tuxedos be Picked Up and Returned?
We will have Your Rentals ready for Pick Up on Thursday prior to the Wedding Date. We are Open Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm.
We recommend trying on the Tuxedo and if any adjustments are needed, they can be performed during this time.

Returns are expected on Monday from 10am to 6pm unless other arrangements have been made. In order for Us to have the Rentals ready week to week, We ask that You be considerate and return Your Rentals in a timely manner. A $50.00 Per Day Late Fee will apply to any and all Late Returns.
